Job Title: Data Management Consultant

Introduction An industry-leading firm specializing in data, analytics, and AI strategies are seeking to hire a key role. As the Data Management Consultant – you will support the Practice Lead in the development of the Practice as well as being engaged on Data Management projects across the existing client base.

This remote-first role will require maybe a couple of days a week in London and will be paid at circa £65,000 - £80,000 + a 10/15% bonus depending on skills and experience.

What You'll Do

* Engage with clients to provide data management consulting and advisory services.

* Support the Practice Director to help build out the practice

* Develop and implement data governance practices, data quality management regimes, and master/reference data management.

* Lead the creation and refinement of data management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

* Manage projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

* Contribute to business development by supporting proposal writing and identifying growth opportunities.

Your Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in data management consulting with a focus on data governance, data quality and ideally some knowledge across other data management disciplines

* Ideally a blend of Consulting and Industry experience

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data concepts for business stakeholders.

* Experience with data management tools and methodologies.

* Excellent project management skills and stakeholder engagement.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data Management or Data Analytics.

Qualifications

* Extensive knowledge of data management frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DCAM).

* Practical experience in implementing data management capabilities.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
