RG Setsquare is working on behalf of a large national maintenance contractor who are growing their local direct delivery team. This particular contract is based in the Midlands and involves working on a mixture of planned and responsive repairs contact, involving day to day repairs, fault finding and proactive maintenance of electrics with in occupied domestic properties owned by the contractor's end client; a public sector landlord.

The role will offer the ability to improve on your earnings, not only by being on the call out rota approx 1 in 6 weeks, but also via annual salary reviews.

A company van is supplied as well as a fuel card and uniform.

Essential:

NVQ 3 with AM2 or City and Guilds Equivalent
Full UK Driving License
Asbestos awareness
2391 preferred, but not critical
