We are looking for an experienced and driven Associate Director - Building Surveying to lead and grow their successful Building Surveying team. Based in Birmingham in newly refurbished luxury offices this role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors while supporting the strategic development of the region. You'll play a key role in client engagement, team leadership, and project delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

To lead and develop the Building Surveying Team to deliver high quality Building Surveying Services to our clients and partners.
Play an active role in the business planning process and overall implementation
Work closely with the Regional Directors in driving the business growth of the Regional Team
Lead business development activities, including the ownership of relevant bids ensuring they are adequately resourced and delivered to the highest standards
Develop and maintain quality building surveying procedures, processes and templates for the delivery of projects across all regions

Requirements:

Hold full RICS membership
Mixed experience of both professional and project-based building surveying services
Manage client relationships of designated clients
Support the Regional Directors in the day-to-day financial management of the Region Building Surveying Team to include invoicing, debtor collection and fixed/non fixed cost control.
