Role Overview

As the Recruitment Branch Manager for our Bristol branch, you'll lead a new team with a focus on expanding our reach. You'll balance your own billing targets alongside branch performance, mentor your team, and drive business growth through strategic candidate and client attraction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own recruitment desk with gross profit and hours targets
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and resourcers to maximize performance
Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including service delivery and performance metrics
Execute candidate attraction strategies, including advertising and promotional activities
Support resourcers in candidate registration, interviewing, testing, and referencing when needed
Develop client relationships through canvassing, mailing, and sales activities
Build and maintain a strong candidate pool to meet client demands

Recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Resilient, driven, and adaptable with a strong work ethic
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks thoroughly
Proficient IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications
