The Role

Deliver full pre- and post-contract cost management services

Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
*
Manage procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
*
Provide commercial and contractual advice to clients and stakeholders
*
Identify and manage risk, value engineering, and cost reporting
*
Support team development and contribute to continuous improvement
About You
*
Significant experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor
*
Strong consultancy or client-side background
*
Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
*
Confident managing projects and client relationships independently
*
MRICS preferred (or equivalent experience)
*
Strong communication and leadership skills
