Your Role:

You'll gain hands-on experience in costing and tendering, directly supporting project delivery. You'll learn to:

Prepare accurate and competitive tenders.
Analyze project specifications and client requirements.
Source and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes.
Build detailed cost breakdowns and financial proposals.
Assess commercial risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with design, project management, and sales teams.

What We Need:

Recent degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
Eager-to-learn attitude with a genuine interest in commercial interiors.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and teamwork.

Your Package:

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (DOE).
