We are working with a respected civil engineering contractor who are seeking a motivated Sub-Agent / Site Engineer to join their growing team in Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to play a hands-on role in delivering key groundworks and infrastructure projects.

As Sub-Agent / Site Engineer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
* Carry out setting out, site surveys, and quality checks.
* Supervise site teams and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and support.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and site documentation.
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

The successful applicant for this role, will be able to demonstrate:
* Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Sub-Agent in civil engineering or groundworks.
* Strong technical knowledge of setting out and site management.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).
* CSCS card essential; SMSTS/SSSTS desirable.
