Digital Account Manager

Location: Manchester, UK

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Hybrid: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM (Monday and Thursday in office)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, capable, and eager Digital Account Manager to join This Digital Client Services team at their Manchester based agency.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project delivery, ongoing support, and continuous optimisation, with prior experience in a similar agency role essential and knowledge of webspace considered a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships

* Manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met

* Identify and secure opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional revenue

* Support web projects (websites, microsites, updates) when required

* Maintain project and billing oversight using internal systems

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Digital Account Manager or similar agency role

* Strong client management and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Commercially aware and proactive

* Knowledge of webspace / website delivery

* Experience with CMS platforms, Digisuite, or similar tools
