Design Engineers – Devonport Docks, Plymouth

We are seeking experienced Design Engineers to join our team at Devonport Docks, Plymouth. This is a long-term, on-site opportunity offering competitive rates within IR35.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering mechanical and electrical design solutions for complex naval projects

Producing detailed designs, drawings, and technical documentation

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet project requirements

Supporting projects from concept through to delivery

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Design Engineer (mechanical or electrical)

Strong knowledge of relevant design software and engineering standards

Ability to work on-site at Devonport Docks full-time

Must be a British or NATO national with no other dual nationality outside of this

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
