What You'll Do:

Lead strategic sales planning and execution for maintenance and technical services.
Build and grow relationships with key decision-makers in major airline accounts.
Develop tailored proposals and negotiate high-impact contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sale implementation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in sales within MRO or airline environments.
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing complex deals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Technical understanding of aviation systems; IFE knowledge is a plus.
