Role Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end marketing function, working closely with leadership across all departments.
Be the brand guardian - driving consistency across campaigns, digital channels, internal tools and customer touchpoints.
Lead content creation (yes, hands-on!) for web, social, PR, product literature, and customer campaigns. It's important the successful candidate knows how to copy write - not just approve it.
Plan and deliver a calendar of international trade shows, events, and industry expos.
Develop and deliver customer marketing campaigns in partnership with the commercial team.
Analyse performance across CRM (Salesforce), digital channels and market trends to inform decisions.
Support NPD (new product development) and turn ideas into compelling launches.
Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to maximise value and results.
The successful candidate will be:
A confident, creative, and strategic marketing all-rounder with at least 5 years' experience.
Experienced in sectors like agri, food, manufacturing, beauty or tech - any product-led environment.
Happy to roll up your sleeves - especially when it comes to social media execution, copywriting, and content creation.
Commercially focused and used to linking your work to sales outcomes and business growth.
A strong communicator, able to influence multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
Open to regular travel across the UK and internationally.
