Location: Blackpool

Remuneration: £30,000 – £40,000

Benefits: Employer pension contribution 4%, 23 days annual leave

The role of the Electrical Engineer – Building Services will involve:

* Electrical Engineer position dealing with design and development of electrical systems across RIBA Stage 4-5 commercial, residential, and public sector projects.

* Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.

* Work collaboratively with mechanical and electrical colleagues to deliver coordinated MEP designs.

* Attend design and coordination meetings with project teams and clients.

* Contribute to energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions.

* Working on M&E projects with values ranging from £1m to £15m

The ideal applicant will be Electrical Engineer – Building Services with:

* Must have Electrical Engineering degree or Building Services Engineering degree

* Ideally had experience in a building services or construction environment.

* Would be open to someone working towards their degree

* Understanding of AutoCAD/Revit, AMTECH (Trimble)

* High levels of organisation and attention to detail

* IT Literate
