Davall Gears is a long-established UK manufacturer and supplier for the design and production of gearing systems and specialist gearboxes. 

We’re looking to hire a CNC Turner / Setter / Operator in our night shift team.

Key Responsibilities:

Set / Operate Mazak CNC Lathes.
Cutting varying grades of mainly stainless and nitriding steels.
Produce first-off components for inspection.
Inspect components during production to ensure drawing / spec requirements are maintained.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with setting and operating Mazak CNC lathes.
Mazatrol and Fanuc control experience.
Be conversant with Mazak Matrix & Smooth Controls.
Be able to read and interpret Engineers’ drawings and tolerances.
Be able to use a wide range of different measuring devices and inspection techniques.
