I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade for a project doing reactive maintenance in tenanted Social Housing Properties in Coventry. This is an ongoing contract for the next 6 months

The Carpenter Multi Trade will be expected to:

Carpentry such as skirting, doors, boxing in, repairs etc
Basic plumbing repairs
Touching up and finishing Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Carpenter Multi Trade that has:

Experience doing reactive maintenance
Experience in social housing properties
Their own vanAnd in return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:

£22 per hour
Ongoing work
