Internal Sales Representative

Location: Willenhall
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Commission

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join a friendly and motivated team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting products and services to both new and existing customers, helping to drive sales growth while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Work towards individual and team sales targets.

*

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Support marketing and promotional activities.

About You:

Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner.

Enthusiastic, positive, and target-driven approach to sales.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

*

Able to work effectively in a team as well as independently.

*

Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management is preferred.
