The contract is initially for 3-months (outside IR35) and we will require someone in their Milton Keynes office 2-days per week.

The Role

We are looking for a strong ARIS SME to uplift and transform existing SFS ARIS processes from static documentation into living, maintainable process models.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and enhance Level 2, 3, and 4 process models in ARIS.

* Refactor existing detailed process content to better leverage ARIS capabilities.

* Convert narrative-style processes into structured, reusable, and governable ARIS models.

* Enable teams to manage and update processes independently over time.

* Establish practical ARIS modelling standards and best practices.

Experienced required:

* Hands-on experience with ARIS process modelling.

* Strong understanding of Level 2–4 process mapping.

* Ability to turn documented processes into usable, dynamic ARIS models.

* Practical, delivery-focused mindset.
