Shift Engineer - FM Service Provider - Based near Richmond - up to £55,000

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Shift Engineer to work within a high end commercial office building. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Richmond.

The successful candidate will be carrying out Maintenance, Install and Reactive tasks across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Electrical, Mechanical + HVAC and Plumbing.

In return the company are offering a salary up to £55,000 with overtime, progression and benefits provided.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

PPM's and Reactive works
HVAC Maintenance
AHU's & FCU's
Pumps
Chillers
Motors
Plumbing maintenance
Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
Updating site logbooks
Provide further works reports where required
Completing all works to a high standard
Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasksRequired Skills:

Level 3 Electrical or Level 3 Mechanical
Happy to work on a continental shift pattern (Days & Nights)
Working experience in a Mechanical/HVAC or Building Services environment
Critical environment experience would be a bonus
Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
