Agricultural Service Engineer

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for an Agricultural Service Engineer to work with one of their well-established and very successful client who is well known throughout the agricultural and tractor market. The role in question comes with huge overtime opportunities and top of the range equipment. The business invest heavily within their engineering team and provide first class training and upskilling in role.

Principle Responsibilities for the Agricultural Service Engineer :-

* Repairing, servicing and upgrading large plant machinery to include diggers, tractors, excavators and all associated attachments

* Travelling out to customer sites to diagnose plant machinery faults and complete any repair works needed

* Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and solve problems

* Complete job cards to a high standard promptly and within a given timeframe

* Working as part of a larger field service team you will be supported throughout your role with the opportunity to learn and develop

Person specification:-

* Previous experience in the construction, HGV or agriculture heavy plant machinery sectors including servicing and maintenance

* Must have a full UK driving license

* Ideally have NVQ Level 2, 3 or equivalent qualifications

This is a full time permanent Agricultural Service Engineer position, offering an hourly rate of £15-18.50/hour with overtime paid at a premium to give a realistic OTE of £40,000 - £60,000 PA. Company benefits to include a fully expensed work van with fuel card, company pension and internal promotion opportunities.
