As Lead Practitioner, You Will:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A qualified teacher of Art with consistently excellent classroom practice

Deep knowledge of fine art, media, or design with experience in KS3–KS5
*
Proven record of leading improvements in student outcomes or teaching quality
*
A passion for creativity, expression, and diverse cultural perspectives
*
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
*
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
