Job Title: Production Operative

IMMEDIATE WORK

? Location: Sittingbourne - Bicknor
? Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 (Must be flexible to stay later when production requires)
? Type: Full-Time- Temp
? Pay: 12.21ph

Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking to join a fast-paced production team? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our growing manufacturing operation.

?️ Key Duties and Responsibilities:

You will need to be capable of lifting to 25kg and able to read, write and understand English as they will be weighing/measuring ingredient from a recipe card, and assisting with batching out finished product
Operate and clean production machinery and hand tools

Monitor the production/assembly line to ensure smooth running

Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues

Store goods and raw materials safely - forklift duties may be involved (if licensed)

Report any machinery faults or production problems to Supervisors

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Follow all health & safety and company production procedures

A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality

Flexibility to work beyond 14:00 when required

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is an advantage
