The Opportunity
We're working with a leading UK residential developer delivering a multi-phase, £100m+ flagship project in North London. They are seeking an experienced External Site Manager to oversee key elements of the external works packages, including windows, brickwork, scaffolding, and GRC façades, on a major live site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who thrives on delivering high-quality finishes, managing complex interfaces, and working within a structured and reputable development business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all external envelope works on a multi-phase residential project.
Oversee subcontractor performance across brickwork, scaffolding, window installation, and GRC façade systems.
Ensure works are completed to programme, quality, and safety standards.
Liaise closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, and commercial team to manage progress and resolve technical issues.
Maintain compliance with company H&S procedures and statutory regulations.
Drive quality assurance on all external elements to achieve a best-in-class finish.
About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager or External Works Manager with a developer or main contractor.
Background in delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes (£100m+).
Strong technical understanding of envelope and façade systems.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential.
