Job Summary
Siamo Recruitment are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our client based in Coleshill B46. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse data effectively, as well as a solid understanding of quality assurance processes and HACCP principles.

Hours- Monday-Friday - 07:00-16:00 (Early finish on Fridays 07:00-12:00)
Pay Rate: £13.46ph

Duties

Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyse inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related data.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines throughout the production process.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control measures and best practices.
Requirements

Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application in quality control processes.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in using various inspection tools and equipment.Benefits:
