What You'll Be Doing

Leading or supporting a wide range of planning projects, from strategic planning to development management
Preparing, submitting and managing planning applications and appeals
Providing sound planning advice to clients, stakeholders and internal teams
Leading stakeholder engagement, public consultation and negotiation with local authorities
Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team
Staying up to date with planning legislation and policy to ensure high-quality outputs

About You

MRTPI qualified (or eligible)
Significant experience in a planning consultancy, local authority or development environment
Strong knowledge of Scottish planning policy and legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
