Description
Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for the Trust
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to support organisational planning.
Monitor financial compliance and ensure all statutory requirements are met.
Provide financial analysis and insights to aid strategic decision-making.
Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability.
Work closely with department heads to ensure budget adherence and cost control.
Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and efficiency.Profile
A successful Interim Finance Manager/Management Accountant should have:
A professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA )or Qualified by experience in a Multi-academy Trust)
Proven experience in management accounting or financial manager roles
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Office based, some hybrid working available.
Office is in Berkshire triangle Reading/ Slough/ MaidenheadJob Offer
