Service Delivery Manager

Location: London-based (Hybrid - 3 days onsite at client office)

Salary: £ 60-70k

We're hiring a Service Delivery Manager to join a fast-paced digital and e-commerce agency working with bold, high-growth brands. The agency is based in Leeds, but this role will require you to be onsite at a client's London office 3 days per week, so being London-based or commutable is key.

What you'll be doing:

Oversee the delivery of digital and e-commerce projects, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier client satisfaction

Act as the key liaison between client and agency teams - building trust and maintaining momentum

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, designers, strategists, and PMs

Monitor and improve delivery performance, SLAs, and KPIs

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive service excellence

Handle escalations calmly and confidently, keeping projects on track
What you'll bring:

Experience in Service Delivery, Client Services, or Digital Project Management in an agency or consultancy setting

Excellent understanding of digital products - web builds, e-commerce platforms, CMS, and marketing tools

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Problem-solving mindset with an eye for efficiency

Flexibility to be in central London 3 days per week
