Cumbria - 5 days a week in the office Our client based in Cumbria is currently on the lookout for someone to join their growing IT department where you will be working as an IT Support Engineer. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has at least 1-2 years of experience and looking for a new challenge. Equally, anyone with minimum 6 months experience or experience working as an apprentice is also welcome to apply

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* To support and advise all IT users to ensure effective operation of each IT system.
* Support the "IT Business System Analyst", in their role of supporting & maintaining IT systems.
* Expectation to work alone on small-sized projects in a timely and organised manner.
* Oversee, monitor, externally hosted system such as Microsoft O365, Network and security.
* Have basic knowledge of how IT systems work and fit together.
* Education to at least Foundation DegreeHNDA-Level with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in IT support.
* Have a Mid skill level in the use of current technology

Essential skills:

At least 1-2 years experience working in a similar role. Anything more will be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast paced environment
