We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. This position requires working with various tools in a fast-paced environment. Experience of working with wood and tools preferred.

Must have transport due to location.

Duties

* Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance.

* Assemble components using both power tools and hand tools, adhering to safety protocols.

* Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.

* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety regulations.

* Assist in the training of new staff on machinery operation and assembly processes.

* Document production activities accurately for quality control purposes.

Skills

* Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

* Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks performed.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

* Good communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and supervisors.
