Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Princes Risborough
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our supportive team at Rosemont, a vibrant supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. You will help create an inclusive and respectful environment where individuals feel empowered to live independently and achieve their goals.

The Role

Provide personal care with dignity and sensitivity
Support with daily medication
Encourage life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
Organise local activities and trips
Follow personalised support plans and risk assessmentsYou will build compassionate, positive relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure residents receive the support they need.
