What do they expect of you?

Clear, concise methods of teaching.
Have a genuine passion for making a difference, not just the "reading from a sheet" method of teaching.
UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or Experience within working in a school.
Secondary Supply Teacher experience
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about education
Driven to improve the education and life choices of young people.
Be able to support pupils both in classroom and 1:1 should they seek this.
Be a positive role model and offer encouragement & promote confidence.
