Finance Manager, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid- 2 days in the office/ 3 from home)
£65- £75kpa plus benefits, including £5k car allowance, Bonus (circa 10-15%), Private Medical.

About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a nationwide leader in their field, following a recent acquisition, have created a new role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to join a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Duties:-
* Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring timely, high-quality management accounting outputs.
* Own the monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, accruals, and clear performance commentary.
* Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve financial accuracy.
* Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing commercial insight and decision support across the business.
* Deliver meaningful financial analysis, KPIs, and forecasts to highlight risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
* Build and maintain financial models and scenario analysis to support planning and strategic initiatives.
* Support business cases, investment appraisals, and cost-optimisation initiatives with robust financial insight.
* Continuously improve financial processes, reporting, and controls to increase efficiency and value.

The Ideal Candidate:-
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
* Experience working effectively in complex environments
* Clear communicator who remains calm under pressure
* Demonstrated success in business and process improvement initiatives
