What You’ll Be Doing

* Deliver exceptional service to customers at the trade counter and over the phone

* Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities and re-engage lapsed accounts

* Promote current offers, new products, and branch promotions

* Process orders quickly and accurately, ensuring smooth customer transactions

* Work closely with the External Sales Manager to prepare quotes, manage enquiries, and schedule appointments

* Support daily branch operations, maintaining excellent standards across the counter and warehouse areas

* Organise your workload effectively to meet customer needs and branch deadlines
