Must Haves:

* Proven experience using Mazatrol (Smooth preferred) and/or Fanuc controls

* Background in multi-spindle or sliding head CNC machines (Mazak or Star ideal)

* Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and tolerances

* Confident in proving out and inspecting own first-off components

* Experience using precision measuring tools

* High attention to detail, team player mindset, and safety-conscious approach

* Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machining centres

* Manufacturing components to engineering drawings and specifications

* Performing first-off and stage inspections

* Organising tooling and materials to meet job requirements

* Liaising with management and production engineers for efficient workflow

* Ensuring all work meets internal quality and safety standards
