Contract Type: Temporary - initially 3 months with the possibility of extension
Rate: £20.74 PAYE/£27.04 Umbrella

About the Role:
As a key player in the repairs administration team, you'll provide exceptional support to local teams, ensuring that the needs of the community are met efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve:
Scheduling & Coordination: Support the management of operative and sub-contractor resources to deliver a top-notch repairs service.
Monitoring & Updates: Keep track of repairs in real time, ensuring all jobs are completed promptly and efficiently.
Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with residents and stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with administrators, operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors to provide a seamless service.Essential requirements:
Previous experience in planning reactive and major works within the housing sector.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel and Word
Experience with Northgate and or Service Connect
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A technical understanding of repairs, including health and safety regulations.
At least 3 years of relevant experience
