Location: Gravesend
Start Date: September 2025
Pay Rate: From £14 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:
As the School Examinations Officer, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing all aspects of internal and external examinations. This includes preparing timetables, liaising with exam boards, and supporting students and staff throughout the exam process.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full examinations cycle

Timetabling and room allocation

Liaising with awarding bodies and school departments

Organising invigilators and exam materials

Ensuring exam security and compliance

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in an exams or administrative school-based role is desirable

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident using school management systems and Microsoft Office

Able to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines

DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
