This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy who provide a wide range of services to the industrial, commercial, and food sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their Hull studio.

Detail buildings across the industrial and commercial sector
Undertake site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Liaise with clients, contractors and other members of the multi-disciplinary teamSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within architectural technology
Proficient with Revit
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Ability to run multiple small sized projects alongside each other
Experience working across a broad range of sectors or sector specialist experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Live within a commutable distance to the Hull area
