Valuation Surveyor - Commercial Property - Sheffield, Lincoln or Preston £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Valuation Surveyor for a major player in the commercial property arena.

Working closely with the Area Director you will develop, grow and advance the valuation offering in the North whilst meeting and exceeding the current requirements of the client. This will be achieved by first class valuations, meeting the targets set by the business by contributing positively business development wise.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and an RICS Registered Valuer with experience in meeting company targets within the property sector.

The salary on offer is between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience
