The Role & Responsibilities:

As a Qualified Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging, structured lessons in line with the national curriculum

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners

Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment

Assess, monitor and support student progress

Follow school policies and work collaboratively with staff

Be flexible and professional when supporting different schools and settings

✅ The Successful Qualified Teacher Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are welcome to apply

Experience teaching within UK schools (primary or secondary)

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A positive, adaptable and reliable approach

Excellent communication and organisational skills
