Horizon Teachers are seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to support the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum that offers every child the opportunity to succeed and flourish, fulfilling the aims of the National Curriculum.

Key responsibilities:
Using detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support all pupils' learning, particularly within the disciplines of Literacy/Numeracy/Social Skills
Supporting pupils consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs
To provide relevant and appropriate support to students, on an individual or group basis, to enable them to access the curriculum as independently as possible
To support the class teacher in organising the classroom, its resources, student groupings and displays to provide a stimulating learning situation
