Field Account Manager
We are currently representing a growing organisation within the service sector as they look to appoint an experienced Field Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team focused on service excellence and strategic growth.
Our client is seeking a results-oriented leader to manage a key portfolio of accounts. The role is centred on driving performance, ensuring financial health, and maintaining high-level client relationships.
Compliance: Due to the nature of the portfolio, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a standard background security clearance (DBS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing, coaching, and recruiting site-based staff to ensure consistent service standards.
* Managing budgets to ensure profitability and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Conducting regular audits to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are met.
* Identifying opportunities for account development and the implementation of additional services.
* Ensuring all activities adhere to relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements, Skills & Experience:
* A proven track record of managing multi-site operations and financial budgets.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of health and safety protocols within a service environment.
* Experience in managing service-based contracts is highly desirable.
