Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in the M8 area of Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated TA to support pupils' learning and progress across the classroom.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will assist the class teacher in delivering lessons, supporting small groups, and helping children achieve their full potential. The school values TAs who are proactive, reliable, and passionate about education.

About the Role

This Level 3 Teaching Assistant role includes:

Supporting learning in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher

Leading small group interventions or one-to-one support for pupils

Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment

Helping with lesson preparation, resources, and marking

Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to support pupil progress

About You

We're looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience

Has proven experience supporting pupils in Key Stages 1 or 2

Can manage behaviour effectively and maintain a calm, structured environment

Is reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic about supporting children's learning

Has (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
