Job Title: Property Maintenance/Inspector

Salary: £25,750

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Maintenance and Inspector to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our commercial units and sites are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing.

You’ll carry out routine inspections and minor repairs across multiple sites in Liverpool.

If you're someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, functional, and presentable and you're comfortable working independently this could be a great fit.

General Maintenance:

* Conduct routine inspections and meter readings of commercial units and common areas

* Carry out minor repairs including painting, fixture replacements, and general handyman tasks

* Maintain cleanliness and order in communal spaces, including car parks and walkways

* Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and safe to use

* Report any major repair needs or safety concerns to management

Requirements:

* Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar hands-on role

* Ability to carry out light repairs and general upkeep

* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

* Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively

* A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety
