A well-established precision engineering company in Milton Keynes is looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join their night shift. Supplying into the motorsport sector, the company works to the highest standards, producing complex, tight-tolerance components for some of the top names in the industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their accuracy, and wants to be part of a business that values quality and precision.
What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for programming and operating CMM machines using PC-DMIS. The work involves inspecting detailed components to exact specifications, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and applying GD&T where needed.
You'll be expected to produce clear, accurate inspection reports and support wider quality processes. Working on the night shift, you'll need to be confident working on your own while still being part of a wider, collaborative team.
What you'll need

You should have previous experience in a CMM programming role, ideally within motorsport or a similarly high-precision environment. A strong understanding of CMM Programming is important, as is the ability to interpret complex drawings and work to tight tolerances.
