Air Conditioning Sales Executive – London/Kent Area
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established HVAC company seeking a Sales Executive with strong air conditioning and ventilation experience. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with technical knowledge and a passion for customer engagement and business development.
Role & Responsibilities
* Conduct site surveys for new project enquiries
* Prepare and issue accurate quotations
* Manage all client communications professionally via phone and email
* Follow up on quotations to secure new business
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding lead times, pricing, and specifications
* Keep detailed records of enquiries, quotes, and conversions
* Develop and nurture client relationships (new and existing)
* Stay informed on the latest HVAC products and solutions
Requirements
* Full, valid UK driving licence
* At least 8 years of experience in the air conditioning industry
* Strong sales and quoting abilities
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confident with CRM systems and basic marketing tools
* Self-driven, well-presented, and client-focused
Package & Benefits
* Job Type: Full-time
* Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic (depending on experience and pipeline)
* Commission: Up to £90,000 OTE
* Location: Office-based and mobile within the London/Kent area
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (flexibility may be required)
