We are working to recruit on behalf of several large SEN schools in Kingston who are looking for experienced and qualified Learning Support Assistants to start asap. The roles cover a wide range of age groups and learning disabilities so anyone with experience in working with children with learning disabilities is encouraged to apply.

The vast majority of our roles are 8:30 to 3:30 Monday to Friday (term time only). We work with a wide range of local schools including primary, secondary and SEN and provisions school settings.

Your key duties as a Learning Support Assistant will be to:

* Supporting children in the classroom, particularly in a 1:1 setting where a relationship of trust can be built.

* Manage any challenging behaviour.

* Carrying out delegated tasks by classroom teachers in a positive manner.

* Promoting the school’s culture and ethos.

Candidates will be required to have/obtain an enhanced DBS check that is either run via ourselves or via a third party of which it would need to be registered on the update service, and have the right to work in the UK.
