Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join their busy team in Runcorn. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Are you the right person for the job?

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive individual who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy warehouse environment. You’ll need:
A full manual UK driving licence
Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
An FLT licence – desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
A strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
To be reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
To be 18 years or older for insurance purposes
What will your role look like?

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our warehouse operations, helping to ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing, and preparing stock for delivery and installation teams
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
Supporting the wider logistics and project teams when needed
Operating warehouse machinery and equipment (FLT use preferred)
Assisting with general maintenance and manual handling tasks
