Lettings Negotiator - Limehouse

Salary - £20,000, OTE £40,000 - £45,000

Our client an independent Estate Agent is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with experience to join their branch based in Limehouse covering the area of East London. You must be enthusiastic and have a good knowledge of the property industry with previous experience. They are looking for candidates who are hard working with a great work ethic. Presentable and professional when dealing with clients.

Typically, this role will involve:

* Dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings

* Building relationships with buyers and tenants

* Conducting viewings

* Keeping vendors and landlords constantly updated

* Handling negotiations and queries

* Dealing with solicitors

Candidates must be:

* Confident and outgoing

* Proven track record in a sales environment

* Punctual and well presented.

* Motivated and target driven.

* Excellent communication skills/ Articulate.

* Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.
