This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading and highly respected Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor based in Hertfordshire.

Specialising in high-quality commercial and office fit-out projects, they deliver complete M&E solutions from concept design through to final commissioning. Project values typically range from £100k to £5m.

The Opportunity:

Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of prestigious projects, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their well-established team.

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of electrical packages, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with in-house teams, subcontractors, and clients, providing leadership from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the electrical elements of projects from start to finish

* Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently

* Monitor project budgets, progress, and quality, reporting regularly to senior management

* Coordinate with design, procurement, and commissioning teams

* Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professionalism

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services sector

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current industry regulations

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or degree-level)
