The Role – Behaviour Teaching Assistant

As a Behaviour TA, you will support pupils with behavioural needs across the school, working 1:1 and in small groups. You will play a key role in helping pupils regulate their emotions, stay engaged in learning, and develop social and emotional skills. This role is ideal for someone calm under pressure, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives.
