We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Year 5 Class Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing primary school located in a welcoming village near Brackley This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small but ambitious school community where every child is known, valued, and supported.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to Year 5 pupils in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Use formative and summative assessment to monitor and support pupil progress.
Uphold the school's Christian ethos and contribute to its values-based culture.
Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
Participate in school events, collective worship, and whole-school initiatives.We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds QTS and has experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
Is passionate about inspiring and engaging learners of all abilities.
Has strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Is reflective, resilient, and committed to ongoing professional development.
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated team.
Will support the school's Christian values and ethos (applicants of all faiths or none are warmly welcomed).We Offer:
