Location: Nottingham City Centre
Full-Time / Permanent - 35 hours
Are you an organised, detailed orientated individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a proactive Administrator to join our team ensuring full regulatory compliance across the recruitment process
What you'll do:
Provide efficient administrative support to our recruitment teams
Managing compliance checks via our onboarding portal - right-to-work checks, internal audits
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Liaising with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experienceWhat we're looking for?:
Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills with a proactive, can do attitude
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
